Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team at Bolton Hospice. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help bring our brand and stories to life through engaging visual communications that promote hospice services and support vital income generation activities.
Salary £26,159 - £27,573 per annum
(WTE £32,699 - £34,467)
Part time – 30 hours per week
The Role
You will design and produce high-quality creative assets across a range of print and digital channels, including social media, website content, email marketing, direct mail, advertising, retail signage and point-of-sale (POS) materials, publications and fundraising campaigns. From initial concept through to final delivery, you will manage design projects, maintain brand consistency and play a key role in developing impactful campaigns that raise awareness and support the hospice's services and fundraising activities.

What you’ll need:
- Previous graphic design experience within a marketing, communications or branding environment, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and experience creating content for multiple channels and audiences.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and confident turning creative briefs into effective visual communications.
- Excellent communication skills, knowledge of current design trends and channel requirements, and a passion for creating meaningful work that supports the local community.
