Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create bold, engaging, trend-led content across MHI, Shout and The Mix. You’ll shape our Instagram and website presence, using strong design, layout and visual storytelling skills to help us connect with more people and grow our reach.

What are we looking for?
- Experience using Adobe Suite. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential
- Access to Adobe Suite is essential
- A great eye for typography, layout, colour, composition, and creating visually consistent, on-brand designs
- A pulse on youth culture, social media, and the latest design trends, with a good understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable
- Creative, adaptable, and able to turn ideas into impactful visual content
- Thinks strategically about design, considering both aesthetics and how content helps achieve wider goals

What will you be doing?
If you love staying on top of the latest social media and design trends and enjoy creating content that captures attention and inspires action, we’d love to have you on the team.
As our Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our Design Officer to bring creative ideas to life across our website and social media channels. From eye-catching graphics and engaging carousels to infographics, banners, story templates, reel covers, and campaign assets, you'll help create content that captures attention and connects with the people we want to reach.

In this role, you could
- Design engaging, branded graphics and illustrations for our social media channels
- Spot new design and content trends, recommending creative ways we can incorporate them into our work
- Contribute ideas during content planning and brainstorming sessions, helping shape our creative direction
- Support the team in reviewing content performance and using insights to improve our reach, engagement and impact
