Graphic Designer - Permanent Role
Location: Elephant & Castle, London (Hybrid – 2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £38,000
Start: ASAP
I'm partnering with a growing digital marketing agency to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer who combines exceptional creative execution with a strong understanding of performance marketing.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative agency environment where you'll take ownership of creative across a diverse portfolio of DTC and consumer brands, working closely with performance marketers, strategists, and clients to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results.
The role will involve:
- Leading the creative direction across multiple client accounts
- Designing high-performing paid social creative, display assets, landing pages, and digital campaign materials
- Developing creative concepts and experimentation frameworks informed by performance data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially effective campaigns
- Mentoring junior and midweight designers while helping to raise the creative standard across the agency
- Exploring AI-powered workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency

We're looking for someone who has:
- 4+ years' experience within a digital marketing or creative agency
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking alongside outstanding visual execution
- Strong experience creating performance-led creative for paid social channels including Meta and TikTok
- Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with DTC brands and growth-focused marketing teams
- Confidence presenting ideas to clients and explaining the rationale behind creative decisions
- A genuine passion for digital culture, emerging creative trends, and performance marketing
