About Us
YouFibre is one of the UK's fastest-growing broadband providers, on a mission to deliver Fast, Fair Full Fibre Broadband. As a bold challenger brand, we're constantly evolving how customers experience our brand across every touchpoint.
Behind that experience is our in-house creative studio – a small, collaborative team that shapes everything customers see and interact with. We handle everything from brand strategy and packaging to UX/UI, front-end prototyping and campaign creative, working closely with marketing, product and development to bring ideas to life.
We're looking for a talented Mid-weight Multi-disciplinary Designer with a strong UX/UI focus to join the team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys solving design problems, creating beautiful digital experiences, and switching comfortably between product design and marketing creative. One day you might be refining a customer journey in Figma, the next designing a campaign for a product launch or helping evolve our design system.
If you love creating thoughtful, engaging digital experiences and want to make a visible impact within a fast-moving business, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our creative studio, you'll help shape the visual experience of the YouFibre brand across our digital products and marketing channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
