Graphic & Multimedia Designer

Design with purpose. Create work that makes a difference.

We're looking for a talented Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team at Lifeways.

This isn't a role where you'll simply pick up briefs and produce artwork. We're looking for someone who is full of ideas, enjoys challenging the status quo and wants to help shape how our organisation looks, feels and communicates.

Every piece of work you create will help tell the stories of the people we support, strengthen our brand, attract new colleagues and support business growth. You'll have the freedom to bring fresh thinking to campaigns, influence creative direction and help us continually improve how we communicate through design, video and multimedia.

If you're someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging creative content and wants your work to have genuine purpose, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across a wide variety of projects, creating engaging visual content for both digital and print, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
