Graphics & Communications Assistant | Design Engineering Consultancy
An established and highly respected design engineering consultancy is seeking a talented Graphics & Communications Assistant to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting communications, marketing, and bid activities within a fast-paced, design-led environment.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to high-quality visual and written outputs that support business development and brand presence. Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the company website
- Manage and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Organise and maintain the internal library of images and written content
- Assist in the preparation of bid and proposal documents, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy
- Provide diary and administrative support to senior team members
- Manage and update social media channels, helping to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a graphics, communications, or marketing support role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document formatting and visual presentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
