Role Description
The GRC Implementation Consultant role is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects of SureCloud’s GRC platform, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing. The consultant will work closely with clients to translate their risk, compliance, and audit processes into effective platform workflows, dashboards, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves:
- Training client stakeholders
- Providing best-practice guidance
- Collaborating with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term value
Qualifications
- Experience with GRC, risk management, compliance, or audit frameworks, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Background in implementing SaaS or enterprise software platforms, including configuration, data mapping, and workflow design.
- Strong client-facing skills, including facilitation of workshops, stakeholder communication, and expectations management.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting complex processes and designing efficient, scalable configurations.
- Solid project coordination skills, including planning, prioritisation, and the management of multiple implementation activities.
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools, and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and KPIs.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in information systems, business, risk, compliance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, information security standards, or industry-specific compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and a willingness to continuously learn about evolving GRC practices and technologies.
