The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced GRC / Integrated Assurance Consultant to join our growing EMEA practice. Whether your background is in consulting, internal audit, risk advisory or technology implementation, you'll bring a combination of technical expertise, commercial thinking and a passion for helping clients solve complex governance and risk challenges.
This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to solve complex governance, risk and assurance challenges. You'll combine advisory thinking with practical technology delivery, helping organisations improve the way they manage risk, controls and compliance.
From day one, you'll lead meaningful workstreams, influence solution design and build trusted relationships with clients while collaborating with experienced consultants across our global business.
You won't spend your time simply implementing software. You'll help clients rethink how they govern risk, improve assurance processes and unlock greater value from their technology investments.
What you'll be working on
Client delivery
- Lead the delivery of Workiva GRC and Integrated Assurance implementations across complex client environments.
- Manage project workstreams from discovery through to deployment.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Support project planning, mobilisation and delivery governance.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Advisory & solution design
- Design scalable Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
- Advise clients on GRC best practice, operating models and process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality documentation and solution designs.
Delivery excellence
- Lead testing, deployment and user adoption activities.
- Support data integration and migration where required.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
- Coach junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Help improve delivery methodologies and internal intellectual property.
Practice growth
- Support proposals, client presentations and business development opportunities.
- Represent VantagePoint at partner, client and industry events.
- Help identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Contribute to thought leadership that strengthens VantagePoint's position in the GRC market.

What success looks like
Within your first six months
- Build trusted relationships with your clients and project teams.
- Deliver high-quality work across multiple client engagements.
- Become confident leading workshops and client discussions.
- Develop a strong understanding of VantagePoint's delivery methodology.
Within your first 12 months
- Lead end-to-end client workstreams with confidence.
- Become recognised as a trusted advisor to your clients.
- Contribute to practice development and internal capability.
- Support business development opportunities.
- Help shape the future growth of our GRC practice.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for people who combine strong GRC expertise with a pragmatic consulting mindset.
You don't need experience in every aspect of our work, but you should enjoy solving problems, building relationships and delivering practical outcomes for clients.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience delivering Governance, Risk or Compliance projects.
- Have worked in consulting, internal audit, SOX, risk advisory or technology implementation.
- Understand governance frameworks, risk management and internal controls.
- Have experience with Workiva or another leading GRC platform.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders from analysts through to executive leadership.
- Take ownership of your work and deliver to a consistently high standard.
- Enjoy collaborating with others and sharing knowledge.
