About the Role
Are you ready to lead a fast-paced Greggs unit and deliver exceptional experiences for both customers and teams?
As a Store Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll take full ownership of a high-volume Greggs location, guiding a management team and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers on the go.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring brand consistency, food safety, service excellence, and performance standards.
- Collaborating with site leadership, developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and driving strong results.
- Building a cohesive, high-performing team while maintaining commercial success.
