Store Manager – Full-Time

Welcome Break, Greggs, Wyboston, MK44 3AA

Position: Full-time role Salary: Rewarding package up to £30,000 + £10 meal allowance per shift, plus an annual bonus scheme


About the Role

Ready to lead a fast-paced Greggs unit and create exceptional experiences for customers and teams?

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all operations—from brand and food standards, food safety, service, and team performance—to ensuring Greggs consistently meets customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with site leadership and management teams
  • Developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors to grow their careers
  • Driving strong performance and maintaining the highest standards in your restaurant
  • Taking ownership of a high-volume store
  • Managing commercial results, compliance, and team dynamics

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll: ✔ Build strong, high-performing teams ✔ Set and enforce performance expectations ✔ Progress in your leadership career with Welcome Break’s support
