Responsibilities: •    Responsible for interpreting overseas Grid Connection Standards, assessing technical risks •    Responsible for communication and follow-up on overseas project modelling-related matters; •    Assist the team in developing and functionally verifying power system simulation models, and establishing simulation systems and platforms based on these models; •    Participate in the development of control algorithms for products such as wind turbines, energy storage, and station controllers, as well as conducting safety and stability analysis of Generation-Grid-Load-Storage System

Requirements: •    Proficient in basic knowledge of power systems, power electronics, and control theory, familiar with the electrical and control characteristics of products such as wind turbines and energy storage, strong mathematical foundation with good abstract and analytical skills •    (ESSENTIAL) Experienced in simulation modeling and development using power system-related software and hardware-in-the-loop tools, such as PSSE, DIgSILENT, PSCAD, ADPSS, Simulink, RTDS, and RTLab, with extensive system modeling and simulation experience •    More than 8 years of experience in wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage inverters, or power system control and modeling; preferred experience in overseas grid connection modeling development and solutions

Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Power Systems and Automation, Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, or related fields.
