About The Role
Butcher Grill is looking for an experienced Chef to join our fast-paced charcoal grill kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone confident, organised, and used to working under pressure.

Key responsibilities
Working on a busy grill section (meat-focused menu)
Ensuring high food quality and consistency
Maintaining hygiene, food safety & cleanliness standards
Supporting the kitchen team during peak service
Managing prep, stock rotation and waste control
What weβre looking for
Proven Experience As a Chef (essential)
Experience with grill / meat cooking is a big plus
