About the Role
Come and join the Front of House Team at Premier Inn in Edinburgh Central! As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and customer service skills to welcome our guests. Supporting them from the moment they check in—whether making guests a cocktail, serving meals, or helping to ensure rooms are prepared—you'll make their stay exceptional.
This is a 25h per week role with a 2-year fixed term until 03/09/2026. No experience necessary with an immediate start.

Pay Rate
Up to £13.56 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly approach
- Assisting with check-in/check-out processes
- Supporting in food and beverage services (e.g., serving meals, making drinks)
- Partnering with the housekeeping team to ensure standards are met
- Leveraging your customer service experience to create positive guest experiences
