About the Role
Join us at Thurso Premier Inn as a Ground Floor Team Member! This is your chance to shape the guest experience, from warm check-ins to creating memorable moments.
- Location: Ormlie Rd, Thurso KW14 7DL
- Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Ground Floor Team, you’ll be the welcoming face of Thurso Premier Inn. Your role includes:
- delivering outstanding customer service to all our guests
- assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and front-desk duties
- supporting in-room arrangements—whether it’s making drinks, serving meals, or ensuring cleanliness
- forming part of the housekeeping team to deliver rooms ready for guests
- showcasing your personality to make every guest feel at home
