Ground Floor - Team Member
Front of House Team Member – Manchester Old Trafford
Location: Manchester Old Trafford, Sir Alex Ferguson Way, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1WS
Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
Hours: 15 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour. Immediate start – no prior experience needed.
About the Role
Become the friendly face of Premier Inn as a Front of House Team Member at our Manchester Old Trafford location. Welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, serving meals, and ensuring every touchpoint is smooth are all part of your job.
- Help guests relax with great service
- Serve meals, cocktails, or tea and coffee
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain room quality

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests with a smile.
- Operate check-ins, checkouts, and reservations efficiently.
- Provide hospitality services like meal service or drink informing.
- Work flexibly alongside housekeeping and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team in a £3bn hospitality business.
