Premier Inn – Front of House Team Member (Redhill/Reigate)
About the Role
Come and join our friendly Front of House Team at Premier Inn Redhill/Reigate! As the welcoming face of our hotel, you’ll put your customer service skills and infectious personality to good use, assisting guests from check-in to check-out.
Participate in creating memorable experiences—whether mixing cocktails, serving meals, or working with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet our high standards.
✅ Immediate start – No prior experience required! ✅ Permanent contract – Zero-hour contracts not acceptable. ✅ Flexible working – 7 hours per week (2 days).
Pay & Benefits
💰 Pay rate: Up to £13.56 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests warmly at check-in and throughout their stay.
- Serve meals, drinks, or participate in hotel operations to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain pristine hotel standards—/rooms, service, and atmosphere.
