About the Role
Come join our warm and welcoming Manchester Trafford Centre North Premier Inn team!
The Ground Floor Team Member plays a pivotal role as the face of our hotel, using their friendly demeanour and customer service skills to ensure guests have a restful stay from check-in onwards. This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, preparing cocktails, serving meals, and collaborating with our housekeeping team to maintain impeccable room standards. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a passion for hospitality!
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (until 03/09/2026) – no zero-hours contracts
- Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week
- Location: 18-20 Trafford Blvd, Trafford Park, Urmston, Stretford, Manchester M41 7JE
- Immediate Start: Advancement guaranteed with no experience needed

Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly welcome for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Provide excellent customer service, from assisting with room bookings to addressing guest needs
- Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails) and dining options to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain high room standards for guests
