Front of House – Exeter (M5 J29) – Premier Inn
Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Exeter (M5 J29). As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment they check in – whether making a cocktail, serving a meal, or joining the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.
- Immediate start
- No experience needed
- Up to 10 hours per week
- Position starts at up to £13.06 per hour
- Permanent contract – no zero-hours contracts

The role: Your responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a genuine smile and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out (in-person or digital)
- Serve room service and promote food/drinks offerings
- Collaborate with housekeeping to prepare refined lodgings
- Join whitbread’s collective mission to create unforgettable hospitality experiences
