About the Role

As the welcoming face of the hotel, your role combines service and teamwork:
- Using your personality and customer service skills to greet guests warmly.
- Assisting with check-ins, cocktail preparation, and meal service.
- Collaborating with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are spotless, or pitching in with other hotel tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests throughout their stay.
- Handle check-in/out processes and multi-purposerole responsibilities (e.g., food and beverage, light cleaning support).
- Work collaboratively with our housekeeping and kitchen teams.
