Front of House – Ipswich South East
Location: Ipswich 15-hour shifts, Permanent contract (3 days per week) Wage: Up to £13.06 per hour
About the Role
Be the friendly face of Premier Inn as a Front of House Team Member in Ipswich South East. Your customer service skills, warm personality, and attentive nature will help guests relax and enjoy their stay. Tasks may include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, serving food or drinks, or joining housekeeping to prepare perfect rooms. No prior experience required – just join us immediately!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests warmly and supporting a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Assisting with in-room service, including delivering meals, cocktails, or checking that rooms meet guest expectations.
- Co-ordinating with team members across departments to ensure excellent hospitality standards.
- Embracing the values of Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality business.
