Front of House Team Member – Manchester Old Trafford Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting for our Manchester Old Trafford Premier Inn working 20 hours per week with a starting pay of up to £13.06 per hour.
About the Role
Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Manchester. Represent our hotel with a warm personality and outstanding customer service skills to welcome and assist guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests as they check in and ensuring a pleasant stay
- Preparing cocktails or light meals where required
- Supporting housekeeping to ensure rooms are immaculate
- Offering assistance in supporting a smooth check-out process
No previous experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm and a super customer-focused attitude. Immediate start available.

Pay & Contract
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Hours: 20 hours per week, including weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll utilise your natural customer service skills to help guests feel right at home.
You will front the UK’s leading hospitality group, Whitbread, delivering exceptional service to Premier Inn’s many visitors. Your hands-on role ensures every guest enjoys a stress-free stay!
