Front of House – Manchester Old Trafford Premier Inn
About the Role
Come and join the Front of House team at Premier Inn, Manchester Old Trafford as a Team Member! Working 20 hours per week, including weekends, this role is perfect if you enjoy customer service and want hands-on hospitality experience. No prior experience is needed—just your friendly personality to help guests feel comfortable from check-in.
The Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
- Provide assistance with check-ins, key distribution, and occasional meal/service support
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet Premier Inn standards
- Handle basic queries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

Pay & Conditions
- Pay rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract type: Permanent – no zero-hours contracts!
- Hours: 20 per week, including weekends
- Location: Manchester Old Trafford Premier Inn, Sir Alex Ferguson Way, Trafford Park, M17 1WS
