Front of House – Newcastle (Metro Centre) Premier Inn

We're currently recruiting for our Premier Inn in Newcastle (Metro Centre). Hours: 13.5 per week (including weekends), with a starting pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour.

About the Role

Come and join as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Newcastle, where your customer service skills and friendly personality will make all the difference. Welcome guests, assist with check-ins, prepare and serve meals, and help ensure first impressions are immaculate— whether mixing cocktails, hosting dinners or coordinating room preparation with housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, welcoming service to Premier Inn guests from arrival to departure.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and booking queries with professionalism.
  • Assist with in-house dining, room service (including cocktail preparation), and operational tasks.
  • Support housekeeping as needed to maintain hotel standards.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive environment for staff and guests alike.
