Front of House Team Member (Premier Inn, Goole)
Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
Contract: Permanent (no zero-hour contracts) Hours: 15 hours per week across 3 days Location: Premier Inn Goole, Rawcliffe Road, Airmyn, Goole Postcode: DN14 8JS Immediate start: Available
About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Goole, you’ll be the friendly face guests rely on for an amazing stay. Welcoming guests, helping with check-in, serving refreshments, and ensuring every detail is perfect in their room will be rewarding work. Whether it’s crafting cocktails, delivering meals, or coordinating with housekeeping, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming experience. No prior experience is required—just bring your personality andiamo!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Provide check-in and check-out support, including efficient room assignments and billing.
- Serve refreshments, meals, and cocktails with a smile.
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are spotless and ready for guests.
- Follow Premier Inn’s high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
