About the Role
Come and be a Ground Floor Team Member at Premier Inn in Welwyn Garden City. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them rest easy from the moment they check in—whether it’s making a cocktail, serving a meal, or assisting with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect.

Key Details
- Role: Ground Floor Team Member
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed term until 01/08/2026 (no zero-hour contracts)
- Location: Stanborough Rd, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6DQ

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent hospitality services.
- Assist with check-in procedures, meal serving, and mixing cocktails.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain clean, comfortable, and inviting spaces for guests.
