Ground Floor - Team Member
Front of House Team Member – 15-hour Part-Time Role at Premier Inn Goole
Location: Rawcliffe Road, Airmyn, Goole, DN14 8JS
Contract: Permanent (no zero hours!) Hours: 15 hours per week over 3 days Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
About the Role
Come and join our Front of House team at Premier Inn Goole as a Team Member! As the friendly face of the hotel, you’ll welcome guests with expert customer service skills, helping them feel at ease from check-in to checkout—whether it’s serving cocktails, meals, or ensuring rooms are picture-perfect (with support from housekeeping).

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, welcoming personality
- Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and room service
- Supporting food & beverage allocation, from serving meals to crafting cocktails
- Collaborating with housekeeping to maintain flawless room standards
