Front of House – Birmingham NEC/ Airport Premier Inn
Role Overview
We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Premier Inn in Birmingham NEC/ Airport.
Key Details:
- Pays up to £13.06 per hour
- 32 hours per week, Permanent contract (no zero-hours options)
- Immediate start – No experience needed!
Location: Bickenhill Parkway, Birmingham B40 1QA
About the Role
As the friendly face of Premier Inn, your role involves delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. From welcoming them on arrival to ensuring their room is perfect and assisting with any requests – whether a cocktail order, meal service, or cleaning coordination – you play a central part in making their stay comfortable.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide a warm, efficient service throughout their stay
- Help prepare and serve meals, cocktails, or other guest requests
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ready rooms and ensure cleanliness standards
- Deal courteously and professionally with all inquiries and feedback
- Represent Premier Inn’s values: friendliness, professionalism, and dedication
Requirements & Qualifications
- No prior experience is required
- An approachable personality and ability to communicate effectively are essential
- Ability to work adaptably in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset to ensure guest satisfaction
