Ground Floor Team Member – Hemel Hempstead West Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting for our Hemel Hempstead West Premier Inn position with the following details:
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 30/08/2026 (No zero-hour contracts)
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Location: A41 Service Area, Bourne End, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 2SB
About the Role
Come and join us as a Ground Floor Team Member at Premier Inn in Hemel Hempstead West. In this role, you’ll help welcome guests with a friendly personality and strong customer service skills, ensuring they feel at rest from the moment they check in. This could involve making cocktails, serving meals, or joining team efforts to perfect rooms. This role requires no prior experience and offers an immediate start.

Responsibilities
Use your passion for customer service to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West. Your role will involve, among other things:
- Welcoming and assisting guests efficiently.
- Assisting in food and beverage service.
- Contributing to ensuring high room standards.
- Fostering a friendly, supportive team environment.
