Ground Floor Team Member – Portsmouth Dockyard Premier Inn
Location: Queen St, Portsea, Portsmouth PO1 3EE
About the Role
Come and be a Ground Floor Team Member at Portsmouth Dockyard Premier Inn, our friendly welcome to guests. Use your fun personality and customer service skills to help customers rest easy from the moment they check in.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with check-in processes
- Making cocktails (where applicable)
- Serving meals
- Assisting with housekeeping duties to ensure rooms are perfect
- Working across morning and evening shifts (part-time basis)

Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Hours: 20 per week, over 4 days (combined morning and evening shifts)
- Contract Type: Fixed term until 08.01.2027 – no zero-hours contracts
- Experience Needed: None required
