Front of House Team Member – Premier Inn Kettering
Role: Front of House Team Member – Permanent (24 hours per week)
Location: Rothwell Rd, Kettering, NN16 8FX Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
About the Role
Join us at Premier Inn Kettering as a Front of House Team Member! This exciting opportunity lets you use your passion for customer service to welcome guests as the friendly face of our hotel. Whether you’re serving a meal, creating cocktails, or helping ensure rooms are perfect, you’ll play a key role in making every check-in seamless.
No experience is needed—just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and departures
- Serve food and beverages, including cocktails
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain high-room standards
- Support a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all guests
- Contribute to a smooth operational flow in the hotel
