Front of House – Bournemouth Westbourne Premier Inn
Position: Front of House Team Member (Front of House Coordinator) Location: Premier Inn – Bournemouth Westbourne Address: 8 Poole Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5QU Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 1st October 2026) – no zero-hours contracts Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour Hours: 16 hours per week (including weekends)
About the Role
Come join our Front of House Team at Premier Inn Bournemouth and become the friendly face of our hospitality business! Combine your customer service skills and enjoyable personality to greet guests, make them feel welcome, and help them relax from the moment they arrive.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Assist guests with check-in, meals (including cocktails), and refreshments
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure rooms are spotless
- Work in a supportive, high-energy environment at Whitbread’s UK-leading hospitality business

Your Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll:
- Provide warm, efficient service to guests
- Help check in, check out, and manage guest inquiries
- Assist in serving foods, drinks, and refreshments
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain room standards
- Contribute to a friendly, professional working atmosphere
