Front of House – Colchester Town Centre Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting for our Colchester Town Centre Premier Inn. This role offers:
- Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 15 hours per week
About the Role
Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Colchester Town Centre. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll welcome guests and help them feel at ease from the moment they check in. Your role includes:
- Making cocktails and serving meals
- Assisting the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect
- Embracing a welcoming personality with strong customer service skills

What You’ll Do
Join Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality business, as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Colchester Town Centre. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Welcoming guests from check-in to departure
- Enabling teamwork with housekeeping, bTexel and room refresh teams
- Contributing to a welcoming and positive team environment
