Ground Floor Team Member – Thurso Premier Inn
Location: Ormlie Rd, Thurso, KW14 7DL
Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 30/10/2026
Hours: 24 hours per week, Immediate start, no experience needed
About the Role
Come and be a Ground Floor Team Member at Thurso Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment they check in—be it making a cocktail, serving a meal, or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with excellent customer service.
- Assist in check-in, preparing rooms, making cocktails, and serving meals.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect for guests.
- Contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
