GROUND FLOOR TEAM MEMBER – MANCHESTER AIRPORT (HEALD GREEN) PREMIER INN
Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Manchester Airport (Heald Green). As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and outstanding customer service skills to welcome guests and ensure they rest easy from the moment they check in.
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Whether preparing cocktails, serving meals, or teaming up with housekeeping to ensure immaculate guest rooms, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality. This is an immediate start opportunity, and no prior experience is required.
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 03/09/2026 (no zero-hours contracts!)
- Hours: 22 hours per week
- Location: Finney Ln, Wythenshawe, Stockport SK8 3QA

What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, your passion for customer service will shine through as you:
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour
- Assist with check-ins and providing a seamless guest experience
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, reception, and dining teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold Premier Inn’s standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality
