Ground Floor Team Member – Weymouth Premier Inn

Working on a 20-hour per week basis with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour, this role is perfect for someone with a friendly personality and a passion for hospitality.

About the Role

Come join our Weymouth Premier Inn team as a Ground Floor Team Member! As the gaphappy face of our hotel, you’ll use your customer service skills to welcome guests and help them feel right at home—whether that’s making a cocktail, serving meals, or assisting with room preparation.

No prior experience is required. Immediate start available.

Role Responsibilities

As a Ground Floor Team Member, your role focuses on:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly service to ensure they have a restful stay.
  • Collaborating with housekeeping and dining teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Helping with front-of-house tasks, from check-ins to room preparations.
