Ground Floor Team Member – London County Hall Premier Inn
Position Overview
Work 30 hours per week, earning up to £14.56 per hour as a Ground Floor Team Member at London County Hall Premier Inn.
Be the friendly face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home from check-in to departure. Whether preparing cocktails, serving meals, or helping housekeeping refine guest rooms, this role offers an immediate start with no prior experience required.

Pay & Contract Details
- Rate: Up to £14.56 per hour
- Contract: Fixed Term (until 03/09/2026) – no zero-hour contracts!
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Location: County Hall, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 7PB

Your Responsibilities
Be your guests’ primary point of contact:
- Warmly welcome guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring seamless stay experiences.
- Assist with cocktail preparation, meal service, and smooth check-out processes.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain guest room excellence in customer care.
- Continuously enhance your skills in hospitality and guest service.
