Working Arrangements
- Hours: 24 per week (mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends)
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Experience Needed: None – immediate start available
About the Role
Be the Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn’s Manchester Northern Quarter hotel. Combine your enthusiasm for customer service with our warm, welcoming environment to ensure guests relax as soon as they check in.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests with a smile
- Assisting with check-in/check-out and reservations
- Serving food, drinks (e.g., cocktails) and light hospitality support
- Collaborating with teams like housekeeping to maintain perfect rooms
- Representing Whitbread—the UK’s leading hospitality business.
