Ground Floor - Team Member

Front of House – Newcastle (Metro Centre) Premier Inn

We're currently recruiting for the Front of House role at our Newcastle (Metro Centre) Premier Inn, with 13.5 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour.

About the Role

Come and join our friendly Front of House Team at Premier Inn in Newcastle! As the welcoming face of our hotel, you’ll use your customer service skills to ensure guests have a fantastic experience from check-in onwards—whether it’s serving cocktails, meals, or helping to ensure every room meets the highest standards.

This is an ideal opportunity with no prior experience needed and an immediate start available.

Contract Details

  • Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 1st October 2026 (No zero-hour contracts!)
  • Hours: 13.5 hours per week, including weekends
  • Location: Newcastle (Metro Centre) Premier Inn, Derwent Haugh Road, Swalwell, Gateshead, NE16 3BJ
