About the Role
Come and be a Ground Floor Team Member at Oxford City Centre (Westgate) Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment they check in—be it making a cocktail, serving a meal, or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.
Key Details:
- Location: Greyfriars Court, Paradise Square, Oxford OX1 1BE (Oxford City Centre, Westgate)
- Hours: 16 hours per week
- Pay rate: Up to £13.56 per hour
- Contract: Fixed Term (no zero-hour contracts)
- Experience required: None

Responsibilities
- Use your customer service passion to our full potential on the ground floor.
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanour, whether making cocktails, serving meals, or ensuring clean, ready rooms.
- Work across our UK’s leading hospitality business, Whitbread.
- Immediate start: No prior experience needed.
Fixed-term contract positions do not provide the opportunity for ongoing employment beyond the duration of the contract.
