Ground Floor Team Member – Thurso Premier Inn (Ormlie Rd, Thurso, KW14 7DL)

Role Overview
Make a difference as the friendly face of Thurso Premier Inn. Use your customer service skills and personality to ensure guests feel welcome from check-in to checkout. Your role involves serving meals, crafting cocktails, supporting housekeeping, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
No experience necessary – immediate start available within our expanding team.
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.56 per hour
- Contract: Fixed term until 30/10/2026
- Hours: 16.5 hours per week
- Location: Ormlie Rd, Thurso, KW14 7DL

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable stay through outstanding customer service.
- Assist with cocktails, driving, table service, and room preparation alongside housekeeping.
- Contribute to a positive work environment with like-minded team members.
