Ground Floor Team Member – London Victoria Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity at our London Victoria Premier Inn. This is a 20-hour per week position paying up to £14.56 per hour (fixed term contract).
Come and be a Ground Floor Team Member at London Victoria Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your fun personality and customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them feel at home from the moment they check in – whether it’s making cocktails, serving meals, or teaming up with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect. Immediate start available. No prior experience needed.
Contract & Hours
- Pay rate: Up to £14.56 per hour
- Contract type: Fixed Term (no zero-hours contracts!)
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Location: 82–83 Eccleston Square Off, 55 Gillingham St, London SW1V 1PS

Your Responsibilities
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing guest experiences:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Assess each guest's needs and cater accordingly—whether providing refreshments, preparing space for group check-ins, or ensuring seamless check-out processes.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including housekeeping and the operations team, to maintain high standards of service.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere by actively supporting frontline operations and executing daily tasks efficiently.
