Front of House – Farnborough Town Centre Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting for this role in our Farnborough Premier Inn hotel. Working 16 hours per week, you would earn up to £13.06 per hour.
About the Role
Come and thrive as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Farnborough. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, using your friendly personality and customer service skills to greet guests. Your tasks will include helping guests feel at ease from check-in all the way through, whether that means:
- Making cocktails
- Serving meals
- Teaming up with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect
No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. Immediate start available.

Contract Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Hours per Week: 16 hours

Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Farnborough, you’ll utilise your passion for customer service to:
- Welcome guests warmly with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Assist with check-in procedures swiftly and efficiently
- Serve meals, drinks, or provide craft cocktails to enhance guest comfort
- Collaborate with housekeeping to deliver outstanding room and amenities service
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere within the hotel
