Position: Front of House Team Member
Location: 544 Southport Road, Scarisbrick, Ormskirk, L40 9RG
About the Role Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Southport. As the friendly face of our hotel, you’ll put your customer service skills to great use and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Help welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and contribute to exceptional service in areas such as making cocktails, serving meals, or assisting the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect. Immediate start with no experience required.
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Hours: 15 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll:
- Welcome and assist guests from check-in onwards
- Ensure they feel comfortable and their needs are met during their stay
- Work across multiple aspects of front-of-house service, such as serving meals, preparing drinks and collaborating with housekeeping
- Be a friendly, engaging presence that embodies the Whitbread customer service ethos
- Help maintain a fun, inclusive and supportive team environment
