Front of House Team Member – Manchester Northern Quarter Premier Inn

Location 9 Rochdale Road, Manchester, M4 4HT

About the Role We're recruiting a Front of House Team Member at our Premier Inn in the vibrant Manchester Northern Quarter! Join our team and become the friendly face of the hotel, delivering exceptional services to ensure guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

  • Hours: 24 hours per week, including a mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, paid up to £13.06 per hour.
  • Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts!)
  • Experience Required: None – training and support provided from day one.
  • Immediate Start: We’d love for you to join us right away!

What You’ll Do

Role is all about exceeding guest expectations and ensuring a warm, accessible, and welcoming experience:

  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm, offering a bright and professional service
  • Assist during check-in and check-out, resolving queries with care
  • Serve breakfast, take orders for through-the-room service, and help with any requests (e.g., cocktails, meals, freshening rooms)
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are perfect before check-in
  • Support other departments when needed (such as team events or maintenance)
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and inclusive atmosphere in the lobby and dining area
