Role: Front of House Team Member Pay: Up to £14.56 per hour Contract Type: Fixed term until 16 September 2026 Hours: 25 hours per week (5 days) Location: 295 North End Road, London, W14 9NS
Welcome to Premier Inn London Fulham as a part of the Front of House Team! Your friendly personality and customer service skills will help create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. From check-in hospitality to helping serve meals or assisting with ensuring rooms are ready for occupation, you’ll contribute to a memorable guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for guests at Premier Inn London Fulham, making their stay enjoyable and stress-free.
- Use your passion for customer service to listen to the needs of guests and provide a supportive, welcoming experience from the moment they arrive to check in.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and food-service team to ensure seamless, well-coordinated service.
