Front of House Team Member – Oswestry Premier Inn
Overview
We're currently recruiting for a Team Member role at our Premier Inn Oswestry, initially working 32 hours per week at £13.06 per hour.

Whether you have prior experience or not, we’re looking for a passionate individual who loves delivering exceptional customer service. Help guests enjoy their stay by assisting with check-ins, serving meals, cocktails, and supporting housekeeping to ensure every room is perfect.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests from check-in to departure, ensuring they enjoy their stay
- Deliver friendly, efficient service across food and beverage (e.g., serving meals, preparing drinks)
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain high room standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Whitbread’s customer service standards
- Assist with any additional duties to support smooth hotel operations
