Ground Floor - Team Member
Front of House – Premier Inn London Fulham
We're currently recruiting for the Front of House role at Premier Inn London Fulham, offering:
- Salary: Up to £14.56 per hour
- Hours: 25 hours per week over 5 days
- Contract: Fixed term until 16.09.2026 (no zero-hours contracts)
About the Role
The Front of House Team Member will be the friendly face of our hotel, using your customer service skills and fun personality to welcome guests. You’ll help ensure they rest easy from check-in to departure, whether through serving meals, making cocktails, or collaborating with housekeeping to create perfect rooms.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests from arrival to departure
- Collaborate with kitchens and housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay
- Assist with meal service, cocktails, and room preparation where needed
- Contribute to a welcoming, efficient front-of-house environment at a leading hospitality brand (Whitbread)
