We’re hiring for Front of House Team Member roles at Edinburgh Central Premier Inn. Located at 82 Lauriston Pl, Edinburgh EH3 9DG, this role is perfect if you love customer service and want a supportive environment with real opportunities for growth!
About the Role
Be the welcoming, friendly face of Edinburgh Central Premier Inn—welcome guests with a smile and ensure they feel at ease from check-in until departure. Tasks include:
- Providing excellent customer service in a lively, hospitality-driven environment
- Assisting with check-ins, room service, and meal/beverage orders
- Working with other teams (like housekeeping) to enhance the guest experience
- Delivering Premier Inn’s signature hospitality with energy and enthusiasm
