Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Bridgend (M4 / J35).
About the Role
As the friendly face of our hotel, you’ll use your engaging personality and strong customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them settle in from the moment they check in—whether it’s crafting cocktails, serving meals, or coordinating with housekeeping to ensure their rooms are perfect.
This role starts immediately and welcomes applicants with no prior experience required.
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Hours: 16 hours per week
- Location: Premier Inn Bridgend (M4 / J35), A4061, Bridgend CF32 9ST

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Assist with check-ins, room assignment, and providing local recommendations.
- Contribute to creating upscale guest experiences—whether through food, drinks, or room presentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless service.
