Front of House – Watford (Croxley Green) Premier Inn
30 hours per week (including weekends) – up to £13.06 per hour – Permanent role
Come join our Front of House Team Member role at Premier Inn Watford (Croxley Green). As the friendly welcoming face of our hotel, you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences right from check-in—whether serving cocktails, meals, or collaborating with housekeeping to make rooms guest-ready.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service to bring your personality to the front line. No experience needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need for an immediate start!

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play the pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Your customer service skills will shine as you handle check-ins, manage guest requests, serve food and drinks, and support housekeeping in maintaining room quality.
This role kicks off at our Premier Inn Watford (Croxley Green) and is part of Whitbread, the team behind Britain’s best-loved hospitality brands.
